📋 Ordering
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through our Cake Inquiry Form. Fill out the form with your details and we'll follow up within 24–72 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and scheduling.
How far in advance should I order?
We require at least 14 days' notice to give your order the care it deserves.
Can I place a last-minute order?
Orders needed within 3 days are subject to availability — contact us and we'll do our best to help!
Can I make changes after my order is confirmed?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to accommodate changes, but they may not always be possible depending on how close it is to your scheduled date.
Are your prices final?
All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on cake size, design complexity, and customization.

📍 Pickup & Delivery
Where are you located?
We're an online bakery with a studio in West Town, Chicago (near Ohio St & Damen Ave), available for pickups only. Once your order is confirmed, we'll share the exact address and coordinate a time with you.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver within a 30-mile radius of our West Town studio, subject to availability. Request delivery on the Cake Inquiry Form and we'll confirm the details.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees start at $20 and vary by distance.
💰 Payment
How does payment work?
Once you approve your quote, we'll send an invoice. Here's the breakdown:
- 50% non-refundable deposit — due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your date.
- Remaining balance — due 5 days before your pickup or delivery date.
- Short-notice orders (under 7 days) — full payment due within 24 hours of invoicing.
